During my final year of high school, I received a scholarship to study a certificate in Web Application Design and Development at Unitec. Although I knew nothing about it initially, this opportunity marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life and shifted my perspective on what I wanted for my future.

While studying Graphic Design at Ceutec, I completed an internship at Laureate International Universities. This experience allowed me to transfer to Unitec and finish my university studies while gaining practical work experience. It was an unforgettable period, even though balancing work and study was challenging. However, it provided me with invaluable insights into life and the importance of hard work. I spent three years immersed in this internship.

Since graduating, I have worked as a designer, and each job has helped me grow personally and professionally. Today, I have the privilege of serving as the Creative Visual Lead at Compi Technologies, a fast-growing tech startup, where I lead the design team and oversee branding, UX, and UI projects. This role has allowed me to develop innovative design strategies, improve user experiences, and create impactful visual identities for multiple platforms.

Alongside my role at Compi, I actively work as a freelance designer, collaborating with businesses from various industries. This diversity keeps my creativity active and allows me to expand my skills continuously.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Web User Interface Design. Additionally, I work as a university lecturer at Ceutec Honduras, where I enjoy sharing my knowledge and guiding future professionals in the field of design.

While I am uncertain about what the future holds, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and the things I will continue to learn.
